O encontro reuniu representantes do CET-ES, das Inst\u00e2ncias de Governan\u00e7a Regional, do trade tur\u00edstico e contou com a presen\u00e7a do governador Renato Casagrande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O plano foi desenvolvido de forma colaborativa, com coordena\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica da Lab Turismo Consultoria, em parceria com o especialista em marketing Thiago Akira, e envolveu mais de 200 lideran\u00e7as do setor p\u00fablico e privado. A proposta inaugura um novo ciclo de posicionamento do turismo capixaba, ao definir diretrizes para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do destino e a atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos mercados nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os diferenciais do projeto est\u00e1 a centralidade da intelig\u00eancia de dados como base para a tomada de decis\u00e3o, monitoramento de a\u00e7\u00f5es e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados. A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e1 de forma integrada pela Secretaria de Estado do Turismo, em parceria com o Sebrae-ES, Contures, CET\/Fecom\u00e9rcio-ES, inst\u00e2ncias regionais, munic\u00edpios e o trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong><em>Este plano \u00e9 fruto de uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva e t\u00e9cnica, que respeita as caracter\u00edsticas do territ\u00f3rio e dialoga com o mercado. Ele cria uma base clara para que o Esp\u00edrito Santo se posicione de forma mais estrat\u00e9gica e consistente nos pr\u00f3ximos anos<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, afirma Richard Alves, diretor da Lab Turismo Consultoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estrat\u00e9gia organiza o turismo capixaba em seis segmentos priorit\u00e1rios: Praia e Mar; Natureza e Ecoturismo; Agroturismo e Turismo Rural; Cultura e Patrim\u00f4nio; Gastronomia; e Eventos e Neg\u00f3cios. Esses segmentos se estruturam em quatro eixos: desenvolvimento de produtos de experi\u00eancia, posicionamento e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, a\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado e intelig\u00eancia de dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Valdeir Nunes, presidente do Contures, o processo fortalece a governan\u00e7a do setor. \u201c<strong><em>O Esp\u00edrito Santo vive um momento de converg\u00eancia. As lideran\u00e7as participaram de todas as etapas, o que garante legitimidade \u00e0s propostas<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio de Turismo, Victor Coelho, destaca que o plano responde a uma demanda hist\u00f3rica do trade estadual e consolida a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre poder p\u00fablico e iniciativa privada. J\u00e1 o governador Renato Casagrande confirmou o aporte de recursos para viabilizar a estrat\u00e9gia. \u201c<strong><em>O Governo do Estado aplicar\u00e1 R$ 26 milh\u00f5es para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico de Marketing<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o evento, tamb\u00e9m foi apresentado o ESTour \u2013 Sal\u00e3o Capixaba de Turismo, que ocorre em Vit\u00f3ria entre 25 e 28 de abril. A iniciativa dar\u00e1 visibilidade aos atrativos do Estado e refor\u00e7a a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre planejamento, mercado e promo\u00e7\u00e3o do
