O ranking foi realizado com base nos registros de insatisfa\u00e7\u00f5es na plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumidor.gov.br\/pages\/principal\/?1534126837503\">consumidor.gov.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No Boletim de Monitoramento do 2\u00ba trimestre, a Azul foi a companhia com o maior percentual de solu\u00e7\u00e3o das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es = 82%. A 2\u00aa colocada registrou 7 pontos percentuais a menos. A empresa registrou ainda o menor \u00edndice de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es.
