{"id":12287,"date":"2018-04-27T09:00:09","date_gmt":"2018-04-27T12:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.travel3.com.br\/?p=12287"},"modified":"2018-05-04T19:42:41","modified_gmt":"2018-05-04T22:42:41","slug":"gol-investigacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travel3.com.br\/site\/destaque\/gol-investigacao\/","title":{"rendered":"GOL FAZ COMUNICADO AO MERCADO SOBRE INVESTIGA\u00c7\u00c3O NA COMISS\u00c3O DE VALORES MOBILI\u00c1RIOS DOS EUA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Na \u00edntegra, segue nota emitida pela Gol Linhas A\u00e9reas Inteligentes S.A:<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;A GOL Linhas A\u00e9reas Inteligentes S.A. comenta sobre reportagens acerca de sua investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na comiss\u00e3o de valores mobili\u00e1rios americana (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission &#8211; SEC).<\/p>\n<p>Embora seja pol\u00edtica de longa data da GOL n\u00e3o comentar publicamente sobre rumores de imprensa, as alega\u00e7\u00f5es requerem que a companhia se pronuncie sobre essa publica\u00e7\u00e3o de maneira respons\u00e1vel e detalhada.<\/p>\n<p>GOL tem desde final de 2016 divulgado em todas suas demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e relat\u00f3rios arquivados perante \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores, incluindo seu Formul\u00e1rio 20-F arquivado perante a SEC, que em 2016, recebeu indaga\u00e7\u00f5es das autoridades fiscais brasileiras sobre determinados pagamentos a empresas de propriedade de pessoas politicamente expostas no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o inicio de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o interna, a GOL contratou consultores jur\u00eddicos dos EUA e do Brasil para conduzir uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o externa independente a fim de apurar os fatos relativos a estes pagamentos e quaisquer outros identificados como irregulares, bem como para analisar a conformidade e efic\u00e1cia dos controles internos de acordo com as conclus\u00f5es desta investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em resumo ao anteriormente divulgado, GOL reafirma o seguinte:<\/p>\n<p>Em dezembro de 2016, GOL firmou um acordo de leni\u00eancia junto ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal, no qual a Companhia concordou em pagar multas de R$12 milh\u00f5es e aperfei\u00e7oar seu programa de compliance. Adicionalmente, a Companhia pagou R$4,2 milh\u00f5es em multas \u00e0s autoridades fiscais brasileiras relacionadas aos pagamentos acima mencionados.<\/p>\n<p>A Companhia informou voluntariamente o Departamento de Justi\u00e7a dos EUA, a SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) e a CVM (Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios) sobre a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o externa e independente, e sobre o acordo de leni\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o externa independente foi conclu\u00edda em abril de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>A Companhia informou as autoridades competentes o resultado da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanha as an\u00e1lises j\u00e1 iniciadas por estes \u00f3rg\u00e3os, bem como coopera com referidas autoridades em seus questionamentos.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos fatos descritos acima ou qualquer outro fato referente a esse tema do que j\u00e1 divulgado previamente pela Companhia em seus documentos arquivados, incluindo Formul\u00e1rio 20-F.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na \u00edntegra, segue nota emitida pela Gol Linhas A\u00e9reas Inteligentes S.A: &#8220;A GOL Linhas A\u00e9reas Inteligentes S.A. comenta sobre reportagens acerca de sua investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na comiss\u00e3o de valores mobili\u00e1rios americana (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission &#8211; SEC).
