Servido das mais variadas maneiras poss\u00edveis, a iguaria tem hist\u00f3ria. Documentos comprovam o consumo do bacalhau no s\u00e9culo 9, na Noruega e Isl\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A receita dos vikings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A t\u00e9cnica + antiga de preparar o peixe pertencia aos vikings, que n\u00e3o tinham sal e por isso secavam a carne ao ar livre. At\u00e9 o fim do processo, o peixe perdia parte de seu peso e endurecia.
